3 months of tiffin, sorted.
60 playschool tiffin boxes with every recipe written out. No more standing in the kitchen at 7 am wondering what to pack.
It is 7:10 am. The van comes at 8. What goes in the tiffin?
The same four dishes
Paratha, idli, sandwich, repeat. You are bored of making them, and your child is bored of eating them.
The box that comes back full
You packed with love. It came home untouched, and you spent the afternoon worrying.
No time to think
Mornings are a race. Deciding what to cook is harder than the cooking itself.
This planner does the deciding for you. Open the week, see the day, cook.
What is inside
Look inside
Real pages from the book. Big text, one photo per recipe, and two recipes on a page so you scroll less.

Twelve weeks, each with a theme
Start soft, build up to finger foods and big-kid boxes, and end the term with a party week.
How your week works
Weekend: shop once
Open the week and buy what is on its fresh shopping list.
Sunday: prep for 40 minutes
Make two mini bites, boil the roots, blend one dip. The book lists the six jobs.
Each morning: tap and cook
Open today's recipe, cook the main, add the fruit and the mini bite. Done.
A taste of the menu
Pancakes, parathas, chillas, idlis, tikkis, rice and Friday treats. Familiar food, made small and soft for little hands.

Photos show serving ideas. Your dish may look a little different.
Fruit by season
Every box works with whatever is fresh and ripe. The book gives you a list for each season.
Summer
Mango, watermelon, muskmelon, deseeded litchi halves.
Monsoon
Pear, apple, banana, plum, pomegranate.
Winter
Orange, strawberry, chikoo, kiwi, quartered grapes, soft guava without seeds.

What moms say
Week 3 was the first time Aarav finished his whole box. He asked for the sweet potato pancakes again on Saturday, so now they are our weekend breakfast too.
I used to make paratha four days a week because I could not think of anything else at 7 am. Now I open the week page, the shopping is already done, and I am out of the kitchen in 20 minutes.
The Sunday prep page is the real win. One ladoo, one dip, roots boiled, and the mornings just run themselves. My daughter now tells her teacher what is in her tiffin.

Questions moms ask
How do I get the book?
Instantly. Within seconds of payment, you'll receive an email with download links and also a link to download the files will be directly available after purchase.
Is it vegetarian?
Yes. A few recipes use egg, and each of those gives an egg-free swap.
My child's school is nut-free. Will it work?
Yes. Nuts appear in only a few recipes, and the swaps page tells you which seed powders to use instead.
Do I need special equipment?
A tawa, a steamer or idli stand and a pressure cooker cover almost everything. Where a recipe uses an appe pan or waffle maker, it tells you how to make it on a flat pan. Two of the mini bites (muffins and brownie) need an oven or air fryer.
My child is a fussy eater. Will this help?
It gives you far more to try, hides vegetables in familiar dishes, and has a page of habits for days when the box comes back full. No book can promise a child will eat everything.
Can I read it on my phone?
Yes. It is a PDF laid out at phone width, so you scroll down a page without zooming.
